3 tbsp margarine
1/2 c corflake crumbs (crackers)
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 lb round steak- 1/4' thick
1 slightly beaten egg
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp sugar
2 thin slices mozarella cheese, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 10x6x1 1/2" dish pan. Combine crumbs, parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp salt and dash pepper. Dip steak in egg and then in crumb mixture. Place in dish and bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Turn meat and bake 20 mins more. Meanwhile, combine sauce, oregano and sugar. Heat til boiling, stirring frequently. Pour over meat and top with cheese. Return to oven and melt cheese.
