1 1/2 cups Bisqucik Baking Mix
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
1/2 cup Onions, minced
1/4 cup Green Peppers, minced
1 stick of butter, cut in half
10 oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Saute onion in it. Mix
bisquick mix, egg and milk in a large bowl. Add
onion/butter mixture, green peppers and half of
the grated cheese. Spread in greased 13 x 9"
baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Melt
the remaining butter and drizzel over top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into
squares immediately. Serve warm.
Can be reheated for 10 to 15 minutes or in
microwave on high for one minute or until hot.
