1 stick butter
1-2 lbs cleaned shrimp
Minced garlic
2 tbsp. white wine
Town House or Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Saute the butter with a teaspoon of minced garlic just until melted. When cooled, add white wine. Set aside. Crush the crackers until fine, add some Parmesan cheese and mix well. Dip cleaned shrimp in butter mixture, then roll in the crumbs. Place in oven proof glass dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. May sprinkle any leftover crumbs/butter over the top before baking.
