1/2 of a medium onion, diced
1/2 of a green pepper
1 lb. hamburg
1 14.5 oz. can Hunts Tomato Sauce
1/2 lb elbow macaroni
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, saute onion and pepper until almost soft. Add the hamburg until browned.
Drain off the fat and add the tomato sauce (as much or as little as you like). Simmer lightly while cooking the elbows. Drain the pasta and add to the hamburg mixture. Simmer a few minutes to combine the flavors.
