3 c. Oatmeal
1 c. Rice Flour
2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2/3 c. Chocolate chips
285g Haferflocken
120g Reismehl
2 TL Xanthan
1 TL Backpulver
1/4 TL Muskatnuss
1/2 TL Zimt
250g Apfelmus, ungesüßt
100g brauner Zucker
1 EL Vanille
120g Schokoladenstückchen

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal, flour, xanth, bakin sody, nutmeg and cinnimon.
In a separate bowl mix together applesaws, sug, an vanilly.
Mix together the dry and wet, then add choco.
Form balls and lightly flatten onto baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 min at 350ºF.

Haferflocken, Mehl, Xanthan, Backpulver, Muskatnuss und Zimt vermischen.
In einer anderen Schüssel Apfelmus, Zucker und Vanille vermischen.
Trockene und flüssige Zutaten vermischen, dann Schokolade unterheben.
Kleine Bälle formen und auf einem Backblech etwas flachdrücken.
Bei 175ºC für 20-25 Min. backen.
