3 lb Pork Shoulder Roast (seasoned roast from Fareway)
1 can A & W root beer
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 shake of hot sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 shakes Worchester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in a heavy pan with a lid. Pour root beer over. Cook in a 325º oven for 3 hours or until fork tender.
Mix the remaining ingredients for a barbeque sauce.
