8 ounces orrecchiette pasta
5 cups kale
2 slices of center bacon
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
3 large cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
3/8 tsp salt
1 ounce shaved parm reggiano cheese shaved
Lemon juice


Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta until almost tender, add kale cook 2 more minutes. Drain in a colander nd save 1/2 cup liquid.
Cook bacon until crisp crumble and set aside.
Cook sun dried tomatoes red pepper, garlic in bacon drippings. Add pasta mixture and 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Top pasta with bacon and cheese drizzle with lemon juice.
