3 1/2 Lbs. of Chicken
4 Tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Tsp. of Unsalted Butter
4 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
8 Oz. Fresh PreCut Red Onions
8 Oz. Fresh PreCut Celery
1 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
14 Oz. of Fresh Corn
1 Head of Fresh Broccoli
10 Oz. of Fresh Carrots (MatchStix)
2 Cans of 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
2 Bags of Mild Shredded Cheese (4 Cups)
2 1/3 Cups of Hot Water
1 Box of Turkey Stove Top Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, seasoned chicken with salt and pepper and saute with olive oil. Set aside. In same skillet, saute garlic, red onions, and celery with the butter. Add chicken stock, corn, and carrots. Continue to saute. Add with previous cooked chicken and combine in baking dish. Add broccoli. Mix milk, soup, and cheese together and then combine with ingredients in baking dish. Add hot water to Stove Top Stuffing and stir until moistened. Top with stuffing. Bake for 40 minutes.
