1 package of pie dough or homemade
4 c. fruit such as raspberries, peaches or blackberries
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make pie crust dough as directed for 2 crusts and one crust to fit bottom of 8" X 8" square pan and the other to fit the top.
Save cut sides of dough.
Place dough in bottom of pan and cover with 2 c. fruit and 1 c. sugar.
Cover fruit with the dough ends and layer 2 c. fruit and 1 c. sugar on top.
Cover fruit with the top crust and sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 min or until golden brown.
