6 cups flour
2 packages yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 cups hot water
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease two loaf pans.
In large bowl add 2 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Stir to combine. Add hot water and blend with mixer. Add eggs, oil, and 1 cup flour. Beat on high for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups flour and mix with spoon until dough comes together. If too wet, add more flour. Knead on a floured surface for exactly 10 minutes. Form into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Let rise about 2 hours until doubled. Separate into 2 pieces. Can then separate each into 3 ropes to make braids or whatever shape you would like. Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes.
