1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsps flour
2 cups rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar , egg and flour. Add rhubarb. Put in double crust pie shell. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350º for about another 30 - 40 minutes. Make sure rhubarb is tender.
