2 lbs lean hamburger
1 onion chopped or dried onion flakes
garlic to taste
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 1/4 cups cooked rice
1 large Savoy cabbage
tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
mix meat, rice , onion and seasonings. add some tomato sauce to moisten.
Cut out core of cabbage and steam. Roll meat in cabbage leaves and place rolls in roasting pan or casserole. Cover with tomato juice mixed with sauce. Bake at 350º for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
