1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar

Cream cheese Layer-

2 packages cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 cups whipped cream

Pudding Layer-

3 cups milk
1 - 6 oz/175 g package instant chocolate pudding
1 - 5 oz/150 g package instant vanilla pudding

Topping-
1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp instant hot chocolate powder or cocoa

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a bowl, use a pastry cutter to blend margarine, flour and white sugar. until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press mixture into a 10 x 10 pan baking dish, then bake until crust is lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Let crust cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently stir in whipped cream until well combined then spread mixture over crust evenly.

In another bowl, pour in milk and beat in pudding powders until mixture is smooth and thickened., about 2 minutes. Spread pudding layer over cream cheese layer.

In another bowl whip cream to soft peaks. Spread over pudding layer and sprinkle top with chocolate powder. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

To change it a bit, you can add a few finely chopped walnuts to the crust and then a few on top. Pecans or hickory nuts would work as well
