5 cups tomatoes chopped
3/4 cup spanish onion
1/2 cup each red and green pepper , chopped
4 hot peppers ( optional)
1 large garlic clove
1 5 oz can tomato paste
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all together then simmer until thick. Makes about 4 1/2 pint jars. Serve with tostitos or use for tacos etc.
