3/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
sugar for rolling
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add flour sifted with soda and salt. Mix well. Chill 30 minutes. Roll into balls. Roll balls in coarse sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 - 12 minutes.
