2 medium size green peppers
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked instant rice
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off top of each green pepper; remove seeds. Cook 5 minutes in boiling salted water to cover. Drain; set aside. Combine ground beef, rice, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers with mixture and place in a small baking pan. Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is done, basting peppers twice with drippings.
