1 lb. ground meat
1 stalk celery
1 onion chopped
1/2 or 1 can chopped tomatoes
1 cup cooked rice
Garlic powder, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Depending on size of green peppers the above should be enough for 4 or 5 peppers.

Brown meat, add celery and onion. After onion and celery are cooked then add tomatoes and rice. Add seasoning and cut almost 1/4 top off green peppers; remove seeds. Boil about 1 1/2" water in pan. Add peppers and cover and cook for a short period. Watch, as peppers can get too soft. Remove peppers and stuff with meat mixture and top with grated cheese.
