4 eggs
1 cup sugar
(3) 8oz. pkgs cream cheese (leave out at room temperature for 1-2 hours to soften)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pint sour cream(for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat well, the eggs, sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fill cupcake tins lined with paper or foil liners about half full. Bake approximately 12-15 minutes.
When they are cool, top with a small amount of sour cream and refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with drained crushed pineapple, cherry pie filling, or fruit of your choice.
