2 lbs. of ground beef
1/2 cup finely diced onion (optional)
1 egg, beaten
1 jar of chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot, your choice)
1/2 cup of milk
2 cups of crushed "Cheese It" type crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and take a sprayed muffin tin, fill 2/3's full. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Watch to see when the are browned to your liking. We tend to do just done (pink).

We top with Chili Sauce by Heinz or more salsa!
These are great even cold the next morning for breakfast!
