6 thick pork chops
1 c. minute rice
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can milk
2 Tbsp oleo (aka butter or margerine)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in butter adding in salt and pepper
Place browned chops in baking dish
put uncooked rice over chops
Mix soup with milk and pour over chops and rice.
(Sliced onion on top is optional)
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
