SALAD
1 large Chinese cabbage (I use bagged coleslaw)
6 green onions, sliced
2 pkgs Ramen Noodles (any flavor)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 small package sliced or slivered almonds
1/2 stick butter

DRESSING
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
slice cabbage and green onions, set aside in large bowl. Saute noodles and seasoning packets in melted butter. Add sunflower seeds and almonds - stir and let cool. Add noodles, seeds, almonds to the slaw.

Combine all ingredients for dressing and shake well in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Coat salad when ready to serve.
