1 Angel Food Cake (I buy one from the bakery at the grocery store)

Berries:
1 container fresh raspberries
1 container fresh blueberries
1 container fresh blackberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons orange juice

Whipped Cream:
3/4 cup whipping cream, chilled
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut angel food cake in hald; set top of cake aside. Hollow out bottom of cake, leaving sides intact.
2. Wash berries. Mix with sugar and orange juice. Refrigerate!
3. To prepare whipped cream, place cream in a medium bowl; beat with mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add 3/4 cup powdered sugar. beating at high speed until stiff peaks form.
4. Spoon berries into cake shell; top with whipped cream. Replace top of caek. Regrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Add left over berry mixture to each individual serving if desired.
