2 lbs. frozen hash browns - shredded
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. onion minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups American cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and put into 9x13 buttered pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter and combine with 2 cups crushed corn flakes.

Put on top of potatoes and bake 1 hour @ 350º

I cover with aluminum foil. If 9x13 is too much for 1 time, put in 2 smaller pans and freeze. It works good!
