4-5 chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large green pepper - cut into rings
16oz can of pineapple rings
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 chicken bullion cube
small can of pearl onions
small can of sliced mushrooms
maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat chicken with flour, brown in oil.
Arrange pieces in shallow baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
To Make Sauce:
Drain pineapple syrup into 2 cup measure - add water to make 1 1/4 cups.
Combine sugar, corn starch, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, bullion cube and bring to a boil, stirring consistently for 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken, bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Add pineapple slices, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. and bake additional 30 minutes.
