Ingredients:  
(1) fresh clove garlic
(1) stick butter
(1) cup flour
2-3 Chicken Breasts
(1) Quart Chicken Broth
½ lb bacon (cut into small pieces)
(3) potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1/2 cup red pepper
½ cup green pepper
½ cup onion
3-4 cans corn
3 ½ pints whipping cream
3 tablespoons honey
Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, butter and flour in large stock pot. Cook on low heat to form a roux. Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Add chicken breasts, bacon and potatoes to stock. Add green and red pepper, corn, whipping cream, honey and salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
