MEATBALLS
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup minute oatmeal
(1) 5oz can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
1/2 c milk
dash Tabasco

SAUCE
(1) 8 1/2oz can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1 c brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 c beef bouillon
1/2 c vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients, roll into balls. Bake in casserole dish for 15 minutes at 350º. While meatballs are baking, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, beef bouillon, vinegar and soy sauce in saucepan and cook until thick. Add chopped green pepper and crushed pineapple. Cook a short time.
Add sauce to meatballs and bake another 30 minutes in oven.
