2 lbs ground beef
5 stalks celery, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/4 tsp chili powder
(1) 28oz can diced tomatoes
(1) 10oz can beef broth
(1) 15oz can light red kidney beans
(1) 15oz can tomato sauce
1/2 medium head cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces
dash pepper

Brown ground beef, celery and onion in large kettle. Add remaining ingredients. Boil for 20 minutes. Stew is best if simmered for 1-2 hours or more.
