1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. instant coffee
1 pkg. fluffy frosting mix
1/4 tsp.almond extract
4 drops green food color
2 drops yellow food color
1/2 c. chopped pistachio nuts

Directions:

Line two 8" cake pans with wax paper. To cake mix in bowl, add cinnamon, all­spice, nutmeg and coffee. Prepare batter according to label directions. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350° F. Cool. Split each layer in half, making 4 layers. Prepare fluffy frosting according to package directions. Add almond extract, green and yellow food coloring, and fold in pistachio nuts. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
