1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup salad oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add onion. Add small amounts of oil and mix well. Add small amounts of oil alternately with other ingredients ending with oil.

When Rob was about a year old, Dad and I would eat the $2.99 specials at the Golden Lamb. The waitresses would carry Rob around while we are. Dad always ordered the cottage cheese and celery seed dressing.
