Turkey Meatballs Recipe

1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1/2 onion, grated
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 C. chopped parsley
1/2 C. grated parmesan + additional for sprinkling
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 eggs
1/2 - 3/4 C. bread crumbs
1 ball of Burrata cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Burrata cheese. Mixing just to combine with a fork so the meatballs are still light and fluffy, not dense.

Roll into 1" balls. Place into a pyrex and drizzle meatballs with olive oil

Bake at 425º for 25 -30 minutes until browned. Cover with Nancy's Tomato Basil sauce and sprinkle additional parmesan and sliced Burrata cheese then broil until cheese is melted.
