4-7 jalapeņo peppers
1 1/2 T. brown sugar
1 c. white vinegar
2 med. green peppers
3 med. onions
1 T. salt
tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the peppers and onions and put with other ingredients. Fill to the top with pealed, diced tomatoes. Cook 12-24 hours or to desired consistency.stirring occasionally. Put in pint jars and process in water bath for 10 minutes.

Dorothy's notes: I chopped up a large clove of garlic and used 5 jalapeņo peppers and doubled the brown sugar. I added 6 oz. can of tomato paste just before canning.
