4 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
2 TBSP SUGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
2 TBSP BUTTER SOFTENED
1 CUP WARM MILK
1/2 CUP WARM WATER

EGG WASH:
1 EGG WHITE BEATEN
1 TBSP WATER

Directions:
PLACE INGREDIENTS IN MACHINE IN ORDER SHOWN. SET MACHINE TO DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN COMPLETED TURN DOUGH ONTO FLOURED SURFACE. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 6 EVEN PORTIONS AND SHAPE INTO BALLS. PLACE THE BALLS ONTO GREASED COOKIE SHEET AND LET RISE ABOUT 1 HOUR.

BRUSH WITH EGG WASH AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES. BRUSH WITH EGG WASH AGAIN, AND CONTINUE BAKING FOR ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES OR TILL DONE.

CUT OFF TOPS AND SCOOP OUT MIDDLE LEAVING 3/4 INCH WALL. FILL WITH FAVORITE CREAMY SOUP AND SERVE.
