1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. baking powder
1 1/3 cup water
1 egg
Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in medium bowl. Add water to beaten egg then add to flour mixture and mix well. Set aside. Make a sandwich using turkey, swiss cheese and ham. Cut the sandwich into quarters. Use toothpicks to hold the sandwich together. Dip the sandwich in the batter and fry in 360 degree oil until golden brown. Remove the toothpicks and sprinkle with powered sugar.
