raw peanuts or almonds
peanut oil
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a deep fryer with oil to 350F.
Soak raw nuts in boiling water about 10 minutes while the oil heats.
Drain nuts in the fryer basket.
Cook 7-10 minutes for peanuts and 6-9 minutes for almonds.
Drain on paper towels and salt to taste.
