Ingredients:
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Flour (for rolling out dough)
1 package pre made pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400ºF.

In a bowl combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar and spice.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out pie crust to 1/4 in. thickness. Using a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter, cut out about twenty pumpkin shapes.

Using a paring knife cut out triangle eyes and zigzag mouths on half of the pumpkins.

Place one pumpkin (without a face) on a lightly floured work surface and place 2 tsp. of the filling in the center.

Lightly dip you index finger into a cup of water and "brush" the border of the dough with the water.

Top with a cutout pumpkin and lightly press the edges together to seal.

Repeat to make the rest of the tarts.

Place tarts on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes.
