1/2 pkg. Tenderflake Puff Pastry
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 x 500 gr. frozen chopped spinach, or freshly cooked spinach
2 c. frozen corn
pepper
salt
500 gr. bacon
small onion opt.
2 garlic cloves opt.
250 gr. grated cheese
100 ml. milk or cream
6 eggs

Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole pan.
Roll the puff pastry out (on parchment paper, using some flour). Put it in the pan with the edges standing up the sides for 1 inch. Prick the dough and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Cook the spinach and the corn with some salt and pepper. Drain and spread on the puff pastry.
Fry the bacon, cut it in pieces, and spread on the spinach layer. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Mix the raw egg with the milk and some pepper. Pour over the cheese layer.
Bake in the middle of the oven. 400º F for about 50 - 60 minutes.
