CRUST
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking power
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pint sour cream
FILLING
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking power & salt. Work butter into flour (like pie crust)
Add sugar & mix again.Put baking soda into sour cream & add egg yolks.
Blend with first mixture.Roll out 2/3 of dough on a floured board & place on a cookie sheet with raised rim. Form dough a little higher around rim.
FILLING:
In a saucepan add pineapple, sugar & cornstarch cook until thick.Allow to cool before spreading on crust.Roll out remaining dough, cut into 1 inch strips and criss cross over filling.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
