3 c. sliced apples
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T butter
1 egg
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Put apples, 1/2 c sugar, and cinnamon in 8" baking dish.

Cream butter and 1/2 c sugar. Add egg, flour, salt, and baking powder.

Spoon over apples. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until apples are done.
