1 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 t dried Thyme
1/2 t dried Oregano
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 t minced garlic
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup of your best Beer ( room temp)300+++9*+
1 cup or 1 large tomato coarsely diced
3 cups cooked rice

Clean and devein shrimp under cold running water. Drain shrimp well and set aside. In small bowl combine seasonings. In a large skillet combine marg/butter, garlic, Worcestershire, and then add seasonings over med. high heat. Add the tomatoes once all is combined and then the shrimp and cook for 2 min. Cover, and cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Serve with crusty French Bread and a salad. This is best served over rice.
