2 – 3 Pork Chops
1 red pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 egg beaten
˝ c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork chops into cubes. Dip in beaten egg and then in flour. Fry pork cubes until done. Place on paper towel to drain. In the same skillet sauté red peppers and onions. Add pork back to skillet until all heated.
