1 loaf stale Cuban bread
1 package guava paste
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cup homogenized milk
1 can fruit cocktail
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup raisins
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cube Cuban bread into medium cubes, place in a large bowl. Add cinnamon, sugar, and toss. Add both milks a little at a time, the bread will soak up the milk; mix. Drain and add fruit cocktail, slightly beaten eggs, mix well. Add 1 ½ cup of cubed guava paste, pecans, vanilla, and cubed butter. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a greased glass Pyrex dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Enjoy warm, yummy!

TIP: Do not melt butter, cube cold
Drain the fruit cocktail before adding
