10 oz. shredded chicken (or 2 cans of tuna)
1 cup grated cheddar
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 can chopped green chills (opt)
2 cups sour cream
3/4 tsp cumin
1 1/2 cups salsa
8 8 in. tortillas
1/2 cup grated cheddar

Put 1 cup of salsa in pie plate for dipping tortillas.
In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
Dip one side of first 4 tortillas in salsa and layer with about 2 Tbsp of mix on each one.
Put on 1/2 cup of salsa.
Layer rest of tortillas, dipping one side of each in salsa, with 2 Tbsp of mix in between.
End with last tortilla.
Put rest of salsa on top plus 1/2 cup of cheddar.
