6 medium russet potatoes

salt
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Clean 6 russet potatoes. Peel and cut into 4 to 6 slices by cutting a potato in half length-wise then take each half and cut in 2 to 3 pieces. Lay Potatoes flat side down in a glass 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper lightly. Lay bacon across the top of the potatoes until you cannot see the potatoes. Bake uncovered until bacon is browned. Remove bacon and lay on a plate with a paper towel. Keep potatoes in the oven until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
