Ingredients:
Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
oil - 3" deep in a pan
2 c. flour
1/8 c. Lawry's season salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 3" oil in a heavy saucepan with plenty of room for oil to rise when adding shrimp so it doesn't boil over. In a gallon plastic bag, add flour, season salt, and pepper. Shake to mix. Put wet shrimp (you can butterfly shrimp leaving tails on) in the bag and coat. Remove and shake off excess flour. Fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Drain on a plate with paper towels and keep warm in the oven until finished frying. Serve. Sometimes instead of flour, I use House Autry's seafood.
