1 lb. fresh grated coconut
1 tablespoon ground bandania
1 hot congo pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup water
Salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients.
Makes about 3 small jars.
Serve with bread or enjoy alongside a meal.
