1 Small Tube of Ground Sausage
2 Pkgs of Cream Cheese
1 Can Rotel
Tortilla Dipping Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground sausage, mild (or any flavor you choose). While it is cooking, open two containers of cream cheese and put them in a bowl. Pour one can of Rotel (however spicy you like) over the cream cheese.

When the sausage is finished, drain it and pour it hot over the cream cheese and Rotel. The heat from the cooked sausage melts the cream cheese as you stir it all together. Stir until it all mixes together and then serve.

Eat it with tortilla dipping chips.

Double everything if you have a large group of people.
