3 lb. ground round
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 lb. margarine

Chili Sauce:
2 small cans tomato paste
1 cup flour
6 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
6 to 9 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 quart water

Directions:
Directions:
Grate onion and dice garlic. Saute in large pan. Add ground round and margarine. Brown over hot stove. Add chili sauce and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 300º.
