1 (10-ounce) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups cooked rice
1 (8-ounce) jar processed cheese spread
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli and onion; cook according to package directions. Drain and add remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish. Bake at 350° about 30 min.
