12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese
4 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
½ cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
Coarsely shredded lettuce
Thinly sliced tomatoes

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Layer bacon and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 or 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
