First mix:
1 (10-oz.) box Cheerios cereal
1 (12-oz.) box Crispix cereal
1 (13-oz.) box Kix cereal

Flavoring sauce:
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Second Mix:
1 (11-oz.) box Cheez-It crackers
1 (16-oz.) bag pretzel sticks (or square pretzels)
1 (16-oz.) can peanuts or mixed nuts (I prefer peanuts and cashews)
1 (8-oz.) box Ritz Bits crackers (if available)

Directions:

1) Pour cereals from First Mix into large turkey roaster. Gently mix together.
2) Combine the ingredients for the Flavoring Sauce. Heat in small saucepan on medium low until butter melts. Stir and pour over cereal in roaster. Stir to coat.
3) Bake 2 hours at 200º F (100º C) stirring gently every 15 or 20 minutes.
4) Combine roasted cereals (First Mix) with crackers, pretzels and nuts from Second Mix in a very large container. Shake gently to mix.

I usually double the Flavoring Sauce! Try a batch and adjust as you like. This basic recipe works with any type of bite-size crackers in Mix Two and it's a great travel snack.
